Problems viewing SVG files

When I try to open an SVG I get the message

"Cannot find the file eview.svg (or one of it components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available"

The the file then opens in IE.

I discovered the following error in the install log.

<fail> Registry error: The system cannot find the file specified. http\shell\open\ddeexec\Application

Please Help.

Well I fixed the error in the install log but still the same result.
