Problem upgrading from SVG View (3.0) to SVG Viewer 3.03

Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.02
1. I verified that I could see the 3 moving balls using SVG View 3.0 at time of download of SVG Viewer 3.06.
2. I removed SVG 3.0 program list in Control Panel.
3. I ran FileOps.exe from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0
4. Install Log appeared as follows:

5. I then ran C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\SVG Viewer 3.0\FileOps.exe Since installation was not via Control Panel, I don't know how to verify installation was satisfactory.
6. When I went back to adobe.com to rerun test, I could not see the 3 moving balls - 1 stationary object. The Adobe User Conference picture was moving at adobe.com. I don't know if that uses SVG Viewer or something else.
7. I attempted to reinstall SVG View 3.0 but received message that a newer version is installed.
8. 3 days ago I had my PC connected via cable. I have a different email program. After the SVG view problem I composed an email message, then Clicked on Rich Text button resulting in ie session closing. I don't know if that problem was related to SVG upgrade.

I don't understand why you ran FileOPs.exe?

- When I download the Adobe SVG Viewer, the file name is:
SVGView.exe (It's a a standalone installer.)
- Double-clicking on SVGView.exe to run it is all that's needed.
At the end you should see an "Install Succeeded" message that flashes by.

1. I'd uninstall SVG using: "Add or Remove Programs"
2. Find or redownload "SVGView.exe" and run it.
3. Visit the svgtest page--it should work
